  • buckwheat flour - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • tapioca flour - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • chia - 2 - 3 tbsp.
  • baking soda - 1/4 tsp.
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
  • himalayan salt - 1 tsp.
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • spices - 1/2 tsp. (mix from spearmint, savory herb, lovage, parsley, dill, oregano)

How to make

Mix the soda and salt in a little warm water with the lemon juice and set it aside.

Mix the flours well.
