  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • yogurt - 4 tbsp.
  • salt - to taste
  • thyme - 1/2 tbsp.
  • savory herb - 2 tbsp. dry
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • soda - 1 tsp.
  • rice flour - about 7 oz (200 g)

How to make

Beat the eggs very well. Dissolve the soda in the yogurt, stir and wait for it to boil.

Pour the eggs, add olive oil, spices and salt.

Gradually add the rice flour until you reach the consistency of sponge cake batter.

Heat the oven to 360°F (180°C) and put the bread in it. Bake until nicely browned. You can check if it's baked with a toothpick.
