How to make
The Gluten-Free Banana Bread Recipe is influenced by a similar one, but I upgraded it and I think it turned out really well. At least those are the ratings of those who have tried it.
First:
Place the bananas, dates, honey and rum in a blender. Grind to a homogeneous mixture.
Then I pour the resulting aromatic banana mixture into a bowl and add the eggs, flour and baking powder.
I personally mixed the mixture with a mixer, but I'm sure that whatever you have will work as well.
After it is homogenized, I transfer it to a baking tray, which has been greased with oil and flour.
Bake the sweet bread at 340°F (170°C) for about 40-50 min. I tried to brown it on the top side (when working with gluten-free flour, everything is much more difficult).
Someday I'll also release a gluten-free pizza recipe that would be the envy of any pizza maker!
Banana bread is healthy and very tasty.
