How to make
Melt the butter on the stove, remove the container and crush the biscuits inside. Add 4 grated apples and pour the beaten eggs, sugar and flour in. Mix the mixture well. In a greased oven dish (or one with baking paper) arrange apple rings, overlapping them.
Pour the mixture on top and put it to bake in a moderate oven. Carefully invert the tart and sprinkle it with powdered sugar. Leave it to cool a little before serving.
