How to make
Easy and quick to make oatmeal cookies!
To measure the products, we will use a cup with a capacity of 250 ml.
Peel and grate the green sour apples and mix them in a bowl with the fine oats. Separately, mix the brown crystal sugar with unrefined sunflower oil and a little water to melt the crystals slightly and add it to the dry mixture in the bowl.
Mix everything together with the cinnamon and carob flour. Roll out the resulting dough into a medium thin crust and cut out round shapes - cookies.
Arrange them carefully in a tray lined with baking paper. We bake at 390°F (200°C), until they aquire a golden color (if desired, you can take them out while they are soft, but you can also toast them slightly, so that they are more crispy, but by being careful not to burn them).
Remove the finished cookies from the paper and leave them to cool and dry (without storing them in a box, since they will soften from the heat).
