  • milk - 2 cups (400 ml)
  • oat bran - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • cottage cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch with the stalks
  • salt - by taste
  • ghee - 1 1/2 tsp.

How to make

In the large jug (800 ml) of a nutri blender put the washed parsley along with the stalks, the egg, a little salt and 1/2 of the amount of milk. Blend.

Put the obtained mixture in the pot of the multicooker along with the cottage cheese and the rest of the milk.

Start the multicooker of the boil program with the lid open. Stir periodically. It is ready in about 8-10 minutes.

The oatmeal will start to thicken. If you find it too thick, add more milk or water - whichever you prefer.

Add the ghee and stir it in the prepared oatmeal.

While it's still warm, distribute it in suitable bowls or deep plates.
