Energy Oatmeal with Chia and Kiwi is a magical healthy breakfast that gives you energy to start a wonderful day.
In half a tea cup vegan milk - homemade oat milk, soak 4 tbsp. chia seeds for about 40 minutes until they swell and absorb the milk completely.
Next, pour 15 full tablespoons of fine oats into a deep bowl and pour a cup and a half of spring water over them – optionally filtered in a purifying pitcher.
Add 3 pcs. ripe kiwis - cut into pieces, 3 tbsp. pumpkin seeds, 1 level top tsp. ground flaxseed, 1 level top tsp. hemp flour and 2-3 tbsp. honey - to taste.
Pour the milky chia and mix all the ingredients well.
Serve the fresh energy oatmeal garnished with slices of fruit and sprinkled with seeds.
