How to make
Mix and stir the yeast, sugar and water and leave in a warm place to activate.
Then add the rice flour, egg and salt. Gradually knead a soft dough, by adding a little more water, if necessary.
Grease the oblong baking mold and transfer the dough in it. Leave the bread to rise and then bake it in a 390°F (200°C) oven for about half an hour.
The finished gluten-free rice bread is taken out and placed on a wire rack to cool.
