How to make
Put the egg, milk, flour, vanilla and banana, cut into pieces, in a bowl.
Blend with a blender until a smooth mixture without lumps is obtained.
Heat a non-stick pan and add a little oil.
Add half a scoop of the mixture and pour it into a round shape.
Cook the banana pancakes on both sides until done.
Cool them and before serving, sprinkle the Gluten Free Banana Pancakes with powdered sugar.
