How to make
I beat the eggs, add the lactose-free milk and the water, baking soda, salt and flour.
Optionally, if you want to use them instead of gluten-free bread, you can add aromatic spices of your choice /e.g. ready-made mixes/.
I leave it aside for about 10 minutes. I grease the pan with coconut oil and pour enough mixture to cover the bottom of the pan to shape it like a pancake.
The gluten-free pancake mixture is stirred each time before being scooped from, since the thick part settles.
These gluten-free and lactose-free pancakes are very tasty and healthy. They can be spread with keto chocolate and eaten like that.
