How to cook
Using a mixer, I made the pancake batter, by adding the ingredients in the order listed above (minus the apples).
With a plastic attachment for this purpose, I made a hole in the apple and removed the core. So when I cut it, the slices have a hole and the seeds are removed.
I switched on the pancake maker and greased it (you can use a non-stick pan). I dipped each apple slice into the fruit pancake mix and placed them in the pancake maker.
I repeated, until I used up all the apples and mixture.
I served the apple pancakes with strawberry jam on top, but some people preferred to eat them without the jam, because they were delicious as they are.
