  • yogurt - 1/2 cup (high - fat, 4%)

  • oil - 3 tbsp.
  • honey - 1 - 2 tbsp.
  • vanilla extract - 1 tsp.

How to make

Mix the dry ingredients in a deep bowl. Mix the wet ingredients separately with a wire whisk - from the milk to the vanilla. After they are mixed, they are poured into the dry ones and mixed, until a completely homogenous mixture is obtained.

The apple is peeled and cut into small pieces. It is added to the mixture.

On a heated pan, add 1-2 drops of oil for each pancake and add a little of the mixture, so that the pancakes do not become too big or thick.

Bake for a few minutes on each side, until they're done.
