How to make
Break the eggs in a deep bowl, add the yoghurt with the baking soda and stir well. Gradually add the flour while stirring. Once you get a homogeneous mixture, it is ready.
Bake the pancakes in clay dish, but a pan works too. Heat the clay dish or pan that you have previously greased and pour 1 ladle of the pancake mixture.
Do not spread it out all the way to the ends. Reduce the heat and bake the pancakes evenly on both sides.
While still warm, brush them with butter and serve with jam of your choice.
