How to make
Sift the flour and to it add the dry yeast, sugar and salt.
Stir the mixture, gradually add the water to it to obtain a thicker pancake batter. Cover the mixture with a towel and leave to rise until bubbles form.
In a wide container on the stove, heat a little oil and pour part of the mixture into it using a ladle, then tilt the container so the mixture covers the entire bottom. Fry on both sides.
Take the pancakes out and smear each with butter, mixed with a pinch of salt.
Server warm.
