How to make
Pour the gluten-free flour into a large bowl and make a well in the middle.
Pour the salt, olive oil, yeast and turmeric into it. Stir from the inside out with a wooden spoon, until the ingredients are roughly mixed.
Then knead a smooth dough.
Shape it into a ball and cover it with a towel.
Leave the dough to rise for 1 hour.
Then knead it and shape it.
Place it in a rectangular mold, which you have previously covered with baking paper and sprinkle a little flour on top.
Cover it again with a towel and leave it for another 30 minutes.
Heat the oven to 360°F (180°C) and bake the bread for about 20-25 minutes.
The gluten-free turmeric bread is ready.
