How to make
Fry the onions in heated oil. Add the minced meat and crumble it well. Once fried, add the spices and mix well. Leave the stuffing to cool.
Pour the warm milk into a bowl and dissolve the yeast with the sugar. Sift the flour with the salt. Make a well and beat the eggs, add the oil and yeast. Knead a soft dough.
Leave it to rest for 30 minutes. Shape it into equal sized balls.
Flatten each ball with your hands and place some of the stuffing in the middle. Wrap them well and shape them again into a ball.
Arrange all the bread buns in a greased baking pan. Leave them to rise for 1 hour. Spread them with an egg beaten with a little oil.
Bake at 390°F (200°C) for about 25-30 minutes or until they're fully baked. Once they have cooled, wrap them in cling film to keep them soft for longer.
The stuffed buns with minced meat and onions are ready.
