How to make
First, mix the two types of flour. Add the egg, a teaspoon of salt and half a spoon of sugar to them. Pour the olive oil and the yeast dissolved in a little warm milk.
Gradually knead a homogeneous dough.
Tear the dough into balls - 2.8 oz (80 g) each, then shape them into small bread buns.
Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cover them with a clean towel and leave them in a warm place to rise. It takes about 3 hours.
Grease the risen bread buns with oil and bake them in an oven preheated to 360°F (180°C), until they aquire a golden brown color.
