How to make
With a fork mix the egg and soft cream cheese.
Add oil, ketchup, a pinch of salt, but if the cheese is salty, skip it, because the olives are salty as well.
Pour yogurt with baking soda in it to rise and mix with the egg mixture.
Finally add ground flaxseed and almond flour or other gluten-free flour.
Stir until a thick paste is obtained and pour it onto baking paper in a small baking pan (24 cm).
On top, the focaccia is garnished with pieces of olives and thyme leaves.
Bake it in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 20 minutes until it's fully baked.
Take it out, transfer it into a plate, cut it and eat it.
Delicious gluten-free focaccia!
