How to make
Very easy and delicious little bread buns with corn flour and white flour - 50:50!
I beat two eggs with a pinch of salt and 3 spoons of yogurt with one baking powder.
I add oil - about 5 tbsp. Add crumbled cheese and diced yellow cheese in a ratio according to your preferences and with a total amount of one teacup with a capacity of 6.8 fl oz (200 ml).
Mix everything well with a fork.
Add 3/4 cup white flour and 3/4 cup corn flour. Stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Using a spoon, pour this thick mixture in piles onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Eight small bread buns were obtained in my case, if you make them smaller, you will have more.
I put a tiny bit of butter on top of each small bread bun.
Bake at 360°F (180°C) until done and until they acquire an appetizing color!
