Ingredients

  • white flour - 2 cups
  • powdered sugar - 3/4 cup + for sprinkling
  • oil - 1 cup
  • baking powder - 1 sachet

How to make

Pour all of the oil into a bowl and add the powdered sugar to it. Mix it with your hands until a smooth mixture is obtained.

Add the baking powder to the flour and mix well. Then add them to the mixture of oil and powdered sugar and knead with your hands until a dough forms.

Place baking paper in a baking tray and grease it very lightly.

From the dough, form not too large sized balls - as much as for one bite or a little bigger. Arrange them at a distance from each other.

Bake them in a preheated oven for 15-18 minutes.

After removing them from the oven, set them aside to cool.

Once your lean cookies have cooled, sprinkle them generously with powdered sugar.
