  • oats - 7 oz (200 g)
  • apples - 1 pc.
  • walnuts - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • dates - 5 pcs.
  • raisins - 1.8 oz (50 g)

How to make

The raisins and dates are put in warm water for 10-15 minutes until soft.

The walnuts are grinded in advance and the apple is cut into small cubes.

Then everything is poured into a blender, along with the oats!

Grind well, form a thin layer and cut bars.
