"When this is dessert, how could you not want to skip the main course and go straight to it?"

Ingredients

  • yoghurt - 2 cups (500 g)
  • chia seeds - 3 tablespoons
  • bananas - 2
  • strawberries - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • honey - 3 tablespoons

How to make

Mix the yoghurt with the chia seeds and honey and leave them for at least 2 hours in the fridge for the seeds to absorb part of the liquid from the yoghurt, to make the mixture thicker in turn.

Blend the bananas with 1/3 of the strawberries, blend the rest of the strawberries separately but leave a few whole ones for decoration.

Distribute blended bananas and strawberries at the bottoms of several glasses (4 in my case), then the yoghurt and chia mixture on them, next the separately blended strawberries and decorate with whole strawberries at the very top.
