  • melons - 7 oz (200 g)
  • coconuts - 1/2

How to make

Puncture the coconut and drain its liquid into a cup. Cut it open and set aside 1/2 of its fleshy part.

Peel the melon and chop it.

Blend the fruits with the milk, coconut water, stevia packet and cinnamon.

Pour 2 tbsp chia and add the mixture to it, while stirring well, so that the chia seeds don't stick to it after they swell.

Add a handful of walnuts and return to the fridge. You have to leave it for 30 min., until the chia is ready for consumption.

You can prepare it the night before and have it ready for breakfast.
