  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • oil - 1/4 cup
  • cornmeal - 1/2 cup
  • flour - 1/4 cup
  • cheese - 1/2 cup grated
  • feta cheese - 2/3 cup
  • oil - for greasing the tray
  • cornmeal - for sprinkling the tray

How to make

Pour the baking soda into the yoghurt and leave it to effervesce. Beat 2 eggs with a mixer in a suitable, deep container.

Add the oil and yoghurt with baking soda and beat with the mixer again. You can beat them with a fork if you like. Add the flour and cornmeal and beat everything.

Grate the cheese and crumble the feta cheese. Put them in a bowl and stir very well.
