How to make
Pour the baking soda into the yoghurt and leave it to effervesce. Beat 2 eggs with a mixer in a suitable, deep container.
Add the oil and yoghurt with baking soda and beat with the mixer again. You can beat them with a fork if you like. Add the flour and cornmeal and beat everything.
Grate the cheese and crumble the feta cheese. Put them in a bowl and stir very well.
Smear a small tray with oil, sprinkle on the cornmeal, pour on the mixture and smooth it out. Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven until ready - about 25 min.
