  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • honey - 1 tbsp
  • apple pectin - 1 tsp
  • walnuts - 1 handful, ground
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • maple tincture - 30 drops
  • dried fruits - 1 handful

How to make

Mix together the yoghurt and apple pectin the night before and leave it in a cool area till morning.

On the morning, add the cinnamon, honey, dried fruits (can use fresh), the maple tincture and coarsely ground walnuts.
