How to make
Boil the potatoes for 30 minutes. Rinse them under cold water and leave them to cool. Cut them.
In a large pan, fry the diced bacon to transparency, add the sliced potatoes. Fry until lightly browned. Meanwhile, mix the eggs with the milk and salt.
Stir with the ham cut into cubes, the chopped into thin slices tomatoes, the finely chopped leeks, peas and add them to the egg mixture. Pour the resulting blend over the potatoes in the pan.
Sprinkle with finely chopped garlic.
