Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 2 lb (1 kg) large, champignons
  • feta cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g), fresh

How to make

Remove the stems from the washed mushrooms. Arrange them on a tray facing up and in place of the stalk, put a piece of feta cheese.

Add melted butter over them and bake in a moderate oven until ready. The stems can be used for soups, fillings or other dishes.

Serve these mushrooms as an appetizer or side dish.
