How to make
Wash, clean and slice the mushrooms into pieces. Put them in an appropriate crock.
Chop the dill and parsley, mix with the spices and salt, put them in to the mushrooms. Add warm water and the chopped butter.
Cover with a lid tightly and stew over medium heat for about 45 minutes, occasionally shaking the container. The dish is served with slices of lemon or lemon juice.
