Pour 3.5 tbsp of cold water over the chia. Peel the grapefruit and remove it's skin.
Peel a kiwi and an apple and cut them into cubes.
All of the fruit are placed in a blender. Add the chia (once it has swollen up), honey and milk in the blender.
The mixture for a healthy smoothie is blended in seconds.
Pour it into a glass and you get a delicious protein breakfast.
