Ingredients

  • yoghurt - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • bananas - 1 (frozen)
  • cottage cheese - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • oats - 2 tablespoons
  • sesame tahini - 1 tsp
  • honey - 1 tsp
  • cinnamon

How to make

Mix together all the ingredients in a cup and leave the oats to soak well in the yoghurt. It's preferable to make this breakfast the night before.

It doesn't matter whether the banana is fresh or frozen. Personally I like how the honey hardens over frozen fruits, which is why I didn't use a fresh one.

The quantities of ingredients are pretty much up to you.
