How to make
Dissolve the yeast in the cool milk and some of the sugar. Sift the flour and in a well in the middle, pour in the milk with yeast, the remaining sugar, salt, crumbled feta cheese, egg + egg white of the 2nd second egg, the butter, oil and chopped up parsley.
Knead a smooth dough and divide it into 10 small oblong pitas. Allow them to rise for 10-15 minutes in a heated 120°F (50 °C) oven.
Once risen, slice the tops lightly with a sharp knife and brush them with the yolk, beaten with the paprika and savory. Arrange these cheese buns in a tray with baking paper, with some space between them.
Put to bake at 390°F (200 °C) on the lower element of the oven. Shortly before they are ready, move them to the middle and bake finished.
