Ingredients

  • feta cheese - 1 cup
  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • flour - 2 1/2 cups (if needed, add a little more during kneading)
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • oil
  • cheese - put it in the mixture and on the buns once ready
  • eggs - 1 yolk, for smearing
  • margarine - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)

How to make

Mix all the ingredients, excluding the egg yolk, margarine and some of the cheese. Divide it into 10 balls and arrange them in a buttered and floured tray, flattening them just a bit.

Make a small indentation in the middle of each, smear with egg and put a little margarine on each.

Next, sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven for about 20 min.
