How to make
Grind the almonds with the dates and water in a blender on high speed. Separately, grind the pumpkin seeds, flaxseed and sesame seeds into flour, but without the sunflower seeds.
Mix the ingredients in a bowl and form a dough. Spread the dough in a pan and press it down with your palms to a thickness of about 1 cm.
Sprinkle whole sunflower seeds on top and press down on it again, so that the seeds sink in.
Sprinkle with ground almonds on top and refrigerate until it sets.
