How to make
Mash the bananas and add milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and eggs to them.
Beat and set aside.
In another bowl add the dry ingredients: oats, sugar, papaya, dates, carob flour, flour.
They are mixed and the liquid ingredients are added to them. Everything is mixed well and left in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
In the multicooker, I put baking paper on the grid, which I pierced.
I poured 1/2 of the mixture and baked at 360°F (180°C) for 30 minutes. The bars become crispy on top and have a nice, soft consistency on the inside.
The delicious oat bars are ready.
