How to make
Pour the sesame seeds into a pan with a non-stick coating.
Bake it on high heat, while stirring constantly, until it aquires and appetizing color.
The almonds are crushed into bulky pieces in a chopper.
After the sesame has changed its color, add the almonds and sunflower seeds.
Baking continues for another 10 minutes with prolonged stirring.
The pine honey is placed in a bowl on a water bath and boiled for 10 minutes.
Once the honey is boiled, add the seeds.
Stir very well and boil for another 5 minutes, then remove it from the heat.
Pour the mixture into a tray with holes onto wet baking paper.
Leave it to cool for 30 minutes, then cut it into pieces.
After the homemade sesame seed and almond bars are cut, leave them to cool completely.
Store the sweet bars in a box at room temperature, by removing each piece from the tray and placing on kitchen paper.
