How to make
Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk by adding 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. flour and salt. Let the yeast rise in a warm place.
Pour the yeast into the flour, beat the eggs, pour the oil and knead a soft dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place.
Roll out the dough into thin circles. Cut each circle into triangles. Place a spoonful of rosehip marmalade at the wide end of the triangle.
Roll up the rolls. Place them on a tray lined with baking paper, spread with egg yolk and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Let the rolls rise again for about 20 minutes and bake them in a heated oven until golden.
The rolls with poppy seeds and rosehip marmalade are ready.
