How to make
First I beat the milk with the sugar, added the jam and the chocolate melted with the butter.
Next up is the cocoa, carob flour, white flour with baking powder.
Everything is mixed well to homogenize and it is poured into a baking pan with a diameter of about 28 cm, which is generously greased with butter.
Bake at 180°C until ready - about 25 minutes. It's pointless checking it with a toothpick, because it doesn't come out dry, but this is a brownie and that's how it should be. But the chocolate cake looks like any other.
Quick, easy and very tasty!
At the end, you can sprinkle with a little cocoa or powdered sugar.
