All of the ingredients for the bars are blended in a blender or chopper. A chocolate dough will be obtained, which you can easily shape with your hands.
Pour it onto baking paper and shape the dough into a rectangle with your hands, you can also shape individual bars or candies.
Make the topping by melting the coconut oil and mixing it with the honey and cocoa.
You can cut the rectangle into bars and pour the mixture over them, or you can pour the chocolate topping and then cut the bars.
Optionally, drizzle each bar with a little peanut butter, while the chocolate is still liquid.
Store the protein chickpea bars in the refrigerator.
