Ingredients

  • boiled chickpeas - 5.8 oz (165 g)
  • vanilla protein - 1 dose
  • vanilla powder - 2 pcs (each 0.2 g) or essence
  • coconut flour - 0.35 oz (10 g)
  • carob powder - 0.35 oz (10 g)
  • greek yogurt - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • soy milk - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml) or another of choice
  • peanut butter - 1.7 oz (50 g) with pieces of peanuts (plain + peanuts)
  • coconut shavings - 0.35 oz (10 g) + a little more for sprinkling
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • cinnamon
  • orange peels
  • stevia - or another sweetener (by taste)

How to make

Mix all of the products without the peanut butter and some of the coconut shavings in a blender.

Blend, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Add the peanut butter and mix the brownie mixture well with a spoon.

Spread the prepared mixture in a greased baking pan, sprinkle with the remaining coconut shavings and bake the protein chickpea brownie in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) until they're ready.
