How to make
Melt the butter and chocolate. It can also be done on the stove, by first heating the butter and then removing it from the stove and letting the chocolate melt in it.
Beat the eggs and sugar in a bowl with a mixer. Gradually add the chocolate mixture.
Mix the sifted flour with the cocoa and gradually add it to the eggs with chocolate and leave the mixer aside. Only stir using a silicone spatula.
Pour the mixture into a baking pan - it can also be simply greased with butter/oil, I prefer to put baking paper on it. Bake for 25 minutes at 340°F (170°C).
The recipe for this chocolate brownie is easy and the result is uniquely delicious.
