How to make
Cut the pear into slices and put it in a bowl of cold water and the juice of one lemon.
Line a 8″ (20 cm) round baking pan with a piece of baking paper.
Allow the puff pastry sheet go over the walls of the baking pan. Pierce the bottom with a fork. Sprinkle with coarsely chopped walnuts.
Sprinkle with grated parmesan on top and arrange the pear slices, which have been previously dried with a kitchen napkin.
Cut the blue cheese into small cubes and sprinkle it over the pears. Arrange walnut halves on top.
Fold the ends of the puff pastry inward into beautiful folds.
Bake the pear and blue cheese tart at 390°F (200°C) in a preheated oven for 5 minutes, then reduce the heat to 340°F (170°C) and finish off baking for about 25 minutes.
The tart tastes wonderful!
Enjoy!
