How to make
Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with the sugar. Beat the egg whites, until a fluffy white mixture is obtained.
Melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath and set the mixture aside to cool.
Sift the flour and add the baking powder, cocoa, salt and vanilla to it.
Pour the chocolate mixture into the yolk mixture and mix with a mixer.
Gradually add the dry ingredients and after the mixture becomes homogeneous, add the nuts and the egg whites at the end.
Beat carefully, so they don't lose their volume. Break the milk chocolate into pieces and add it to the mixture along with the whole hazelnuts.
Pour the brownie mixture into a suitable baking pan, lined with baking paper.
Cut the banana in half for decoration and place it on top of the banana brownie.
Bake at 360°F (180°C) for about 25 minutes. Then take out the banana brownie with chocolate and hazelnuts to cool on a wire rack.
