"If you love colorful and bright food that seems to come to life on your plate, then be sure to try the recipe for these raw bars."

Ingredients

  • For the base
  • cashew - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • dried apricots - 1.7 oz (50 g) (dried fruit of choice)
  • coconut shavings - 0.5 oz (15 g)
  • coconut oil - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 ml)
  • For the first layer
  • cottage cheese - 3.5 cup (100 g)
  • protein - 0.35 oz (10 g) or coconut flour, cocoa
  • coconut oil - 1/3 tbsp (5 ml)
  • stevia - or another sweetener
  • For the second layer
  • cottage cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • blue spirulina - 1 tsp. (protein or cocoa)
  • coconut oil - 1 tsp (5 ml)
  • stevia - another sweetener
  • For decoration
  • cashew
  • coconut shavings

How to make

Important! If you use a liquid sweetener for puddings, add more butter!

For the base:

Blend the cashews and coconut shavings and pour them into a bowl.

Blend the dried fruit and add them to them along with the butter.

Mix well and from the resulting mixture form the base in a baking pan onto baking paper.

Leave it in the freezer to set.

For the layers:

Mix all of the products for them in 2 bowls and mix everything well.

Spread the 1st layer on the base, once it has set and leave it in the freezer to set as well.

Once that's done, spread the 2nd layer, decorate with products of your choice and leave it again in the freezer for a few hours until it has set.

Then cut the bars into the shape you want and you can eat them!

* If the mixture is too hard, leave it out at room temperature for a while and then cut it!

* Store the tricolor raw bars in the refrigerator!
