How to make
In a small square tray (mine is 18/18 cm.) place baking paper. Cut the dates in half and spread them evenly on the bottom. Press with your hand to form a base.
Spread the peanut butter over the dates.
Put the broken chocolate into a cup and microwave it briefly to melt. Spread the melted chocolate over the peanut butter and smooth it out with the spoon.
Add chopped raw cashews on top.
Put the tray in the freezer for 30 minutes to harden.
Remove and place it onto a board, remove the paper and cut it into 6 or 9 healthy bars.
Store the date bars in a suitable container in the refrigerator.
Delicious healthy sugar-free date bars are obtained.
