"Raw healthy bars with cashews - great for any time of day"

Ingredients

  • porridge - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • oatmeal - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • coconut shavings - 0.5 oz (15 g)
  • chia seeds - 0.4 oz (10 g)
  • coconut oil - 0.9 oz (25 g)
  • agave syrup - 0.9 oz (25 g)
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp (15 ml) squeezed

How to make

Pour the chia seeds into a cup of water and leave them to swell.

Grind the cashews in a blender. Pour them into a bowl, add the remaining products and mix well.

Add the swollen chia seeds and stir again.

Distribute the resulting mixture in a baking pan onto baking paper and leave it for approximately 1 hour in the freezer, so that it can harden.

Then take it out, cut it into bars and serve it.

Now you have unique raw lemon cashew bars.
