How to make
Grate the lemon's rind, squeeze out the juice.
Mix the the cottage cheese with the yoghurt, 4 tablespoons of honey, the rind and juice of the lemon and beat. Distribute out into bowls.
Sprinkle with walnuts and the remaining honey.
