How to make
We heat the water and in a pot boil the amaranth along with the Himalayan salt.
Boil until it thickens, the grains are cooked until they absorb all the water, for about 20-25 minutes.
While it is warm, add the butter to melt. To make it finer, the porridge can be blended if desired after it has cooled.
Distribute into 3 portions, sprinkle a little cottage cheese in each, add honey. Stir and we're done!
