How to make
Spread half the thawed dough in a lightly oiled baking dish. Top evenly with a mixture of finely chopped mushrooms, carrots, tomatoes, cottage cheese and peas.
Add the beaten eggs, seasoned with cumin. Close with the other part of the dough, smear with the beaten egg, sprinkle with cumin and put the pie to bake 15-20 minutes at 390°F (200 °C), until browned.
