How to make
Put the cheddar cheese in a blender and let it break into medium-sized pieces at medium speed.
Grate the onions and garlic on the fine side of a grater and add them to the cheese. Add the cottage cheese, cream chease, salt, black pepper and mix until you have a smooth mixture.
Put the finished dip into a bowl, sprinkle it with dried parsley and garnish it with cherry tomatoes.
Before serving, peel and cut the carrot and cucumber into thin strips and add them to this delicious dairy dip. If you are expecting guests, serve in a suitable sauce boat.
