How to make
Ingredients listed are for 1 jar. Grind 1 aspirin to powder and mix it with the salt.
Put the sugar, oil, vinegar and garlic at the bottom of jar. Bake the banana peppers briefly and while still hot, arrange in the jar, pressing well.
While arranging, sprinkle with the ground aspirin and salt 2-3 times. Place the celery or vine leaves and sticks at the very top.
Close the jars and flip upside down. Cover with a cotton towel and leave as is until cooled.
